Our approach balances innovation with tradition. We make space for thoughtful preparation, manual pour-over coffee and the kind of service that makes a neighborhood café feel like yours.

Alchemist has shared that its in-house roasting is paused while the roastery is refreshed. In the meantime, the café serves thoughtfully sourced coffee from partner roasters. We’ll keep this page current as that next chapter takes shape.
