The official refund policy states that eligible merchandise returns can be requested within seven days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, tagged, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact the store first; unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Perishable goods including food and coffee beans, sale items and gift cards are listed as non-returnable. Damaged or incorrect orders should be reported promptly.
